David Hebert

David Hebert has been Gaines Wolter Kinney's IT Administrator since 2004. David has a wealth of experience and the practical "know-how" to help Gaines Wolter Kinney function effectively. He ensures the firm utilizes the most up-to-date technologies to streamline our communications and help our attorneys and staff members work more efficiently. He also provides training and assistance to our employees on the use of courtroom technology and electronic discovery techniques. David’s extensive background in the legal field has given him a solid understanding of the rapidly growing use of electronic discovery and forensic investigation, and he is well-suited to assisting our attorneys with these often complex issues.

David is a 1998 graduate of Auburn University, earning a BS degree in business administration, with a concentration in Management Information Systems. His industry certifications include MCSE and CCNA+V. Away from the office, David enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with his friends and family and home improvement projects.
