In 2010, Chad will be publishing an article on the Federal False Claims Act in the Cardozo Law Review, entitled "States, Statutes and Fraud: A Study of Emerging State Efforts fo Combat White Collar Crime."
More About Chad
Chad played soccer throughout school, and he now extends his love of the sport to the community, by coaching soccer with the Vestavia Hills Soccer Club. Chad has completed the Portland Marathon and enjoys hiking, camping and cooking. Each year, he looks forward to the fall season, when he can indulge his love of Alabama football and tailgating with friends. Chad enjoys the theater and is an active supporter of the arts in Birmingham. He is a member of the Young Professionals Committee of the Red Mountain Theater Company.
