• MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT (Circuit Court of Walker County):  The plaintiff and defendant were involved in a head-on collision.  Each accused the other of crossing the center line.  The plaintiff sustained soft tissue injuries.  The jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant.  Brand v.
