• MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT (Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County):  The plaintiff was involved in a head-on collision and sustained injuries to her neck, back, head, chest, and abdomen as well as blurred vision, dizziness, and altered mental status.  The plaintiff offered proof of approximately $16,000 in related medical damages.  The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff and awarded damages of $21,800.  Dunn v.
