• MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT (Circuit Court of Colbert County):  The defendant’s vehicle slid on wet pavement and rear-ended the plaintiff’s vehicle.  The plaintiff sustained soft-tissue injuries.  The jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant.  Partain v.
